A Wireless installation can be effected within 5 working days (at the most, weather permitting) after receipt of the relevant paperwork. A typical installation takes around 3-5 hours (depending on the site and/or circumstances). Once installed, you will have a proper broadband connection with fast Internet access.

If you are in our coverage area, we should be able to offer you service. However, we do not connect clients if there is any doubt that their connection will not be stable. In order to ensure this, a free site survey is usually required to check line of sight to our nearest access point or high site.

There is a Once Off installation fee and a fixed monthly service charge, depending on your choice of package.

 

Installation prices will be better determent after the Free Site Survey is done.

Our Standard Installation Cost is R 2 450 for the standard equipment using a Month-to-Month agreement.

 

We also have high powered equipment which we sometimes recommend for better coverage for your home or business.

We also have a 24 month contract option - R 1950 installation cost.

Please note that it is stated on your client contract the equipment used for this contract installation stays the property of Speedstream until the contract period is complete then the equipment becomes the clients.

We can also Swop you over to our network if you already have the equipment and it is compatible to our system for R 495 once off. If your equipment need to be moved to have better line of sight, the price will be slightly more. This all will be better determined once the free sight survey is done.

Our Uncapped Packages have no limitations but if you wish to make use of torrents or peer to peer downloads, please note that these are given the lowest priority.
